Support SB 1108: Contact Your Legislators Today

Earlier this month, ASCO sent a letter to the Chairman of the Health and Government Operations Committee urging the delay of a proposed regulation that would subject private practice oncology clinics to USP 797 standards. The regulations governing sterile compounding preparations and sterile drug products would require oncology practices to make expensive and time-consuming changes to their practices, including changes to the physical space of the practice, by the end of April 2014.

ION Solutions supports ASCO's position on this issue and wants to encourage practices to contact Chairman Hammen or their legislators asking for their support of SB 1108.

Send a letter like the one from ASCO or just a note supporting its message by the end of the day to make sure your opinions are heard.
